Spacious and bright (750 m²), renovated from 2013 to 2022, it hosts up to 15 guests—perfect for enjoying the countryside while staying close to the beaches. The heated, secure swimming pool (11 x 5 m), just 30 m from the house, plus tennis, billiards, ping-pong, and a piano, will delight guests of all ages.



The private 15-hectare park, with gardens and small woods, invites you to stroll along accessible paths. Expansive meadows, rose bushes, flowering shrubs, a gas barbecue, sun loungers, and a shade sail complete the outdoors.
