About this house rental
*NEW LISTING DISCOUNT* Located in a lakeside community with a Private Beach Club and private dock. This multi-level home Includes spacious outdoor covered and uncovered decking and a gas BBQ. Living spaces include a bottom level in-law suite. The second floor is an apartment with kitchenette; third floor consists of living spaces and wet bar, and the 4th floor has additional bedrooms. No pets allowed.
With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in.
This home is located in the Lake Shore Estates area, with a private cove and beach. This home comes with a dock but guests cannot launch from the area; and there is no boat trailer parking within the beach club area. Boat launching can only be done at the Pine's Marina or Wishon Boat Launch by Miller's Landing.
You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff.

This home is provided with a full set of bed pads, sheets, pillowcases and quilted bed covers, wash towels, hand towels, bath towels, kitchen dish wash rags and kitchen dish towels. Everything including the quilted bed covers are hot cycle washed between rentals. Post Covid era we are dedicated to cleanliness and sanitation for your protection
Seasonal hop on/ hop off shuttle to Bass Lake points of interest.
Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests.
Service animals are allowed on our properties. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal. 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for service animals, nor do we increase the security deposit. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or animal. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.
