About this house rental
A one-bedroom bungalow in Zilker with free parking at the door - about five minutes on foot to the Barton Creek Greenbelt, Barton Springs and Zilker Park itself, which is where ACL happens. Queen bed plus a queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, 65-inch TV and a stocked bar cart. Downtown is a short drive. Sleeps four.
Living room: 65-inch Samsung smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa with a mattress topper for added comfort (sheets and blankets store inside the couch; pillows and the topper are in the bedroom closet), a bar cart with a full cocktail kit, and an Alexa.
Dining: a table that seats four plus three barstools. Kitchen: Keurig dual coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils, toaster and a full dining set.
Bedroom: queen bed, a 7ft floor mirror, dual nightstands, touch lamps and premium sheets.
Guests have the entire space apart from an owner's closet for supplies.

Absolutely loved my stay the aesthetic and the huge mirror was very nice. 10 minutes from downtown and a walk to Zilker.

The property was very clean; the kitchen appliances were in excellent condition; and the kitchen was well stocked. It’s a very convenient location and was quiet.

Great location, quiet at night, clean & comfortable. Parking was easy & right outside the door. Would definitely stay here again!
