✨ Welcome to this charming thatched cottage nestled in a cozy atmosphere, ideally located on Place Anselme Maraud, in the heart of the emblematic La Chaume district in Les Sables d'Olonne. From the apartment, admire the majestic Arundel Tower, a historic and emblematic remnant of the region, which offers a unique backdrop to your stay. You will also be able to see a glimpse of the Vendée Globe channel.



Located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator, this bright 50 m² duplex apartment consists of:

• cozy living room with sofa and TV,

• friendly dining area,

• fully equipped open kitchen: induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen utensils…

📅 Practical Information

Arrival: between 4pm and 5:30pm at the agency (In case of late arrival, self-check-in / flexibility outside peak times.)

Departure: between 8am and 10am (Low season and outside events: late departure available as an option.)

🧼 Cleaning: End of stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty the trash, strip the beds (if option taken), wash and put away the dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!

🛏️ Linens: Sheets & towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge

🔒 Security Deposit: Security deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not charged except in case of damage
