The living room offers a comfortable couch, armchair, and smart TV, creating the perfect spot to relax after busy days exploring the area. Sliding glass doors lead directly to a private patio overlooking the golf course, where peaceful green views provide the perfect backdrop for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the quiet atmosphere of Austin’s Hideaway.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security camera, located to the right of the front door and monitoring the front door entrance area.

• Portable crib provided.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
