Enjoy the magic of unspoiled Umbrian landscape in this quaint but centrally located villa and guest house. Located down a small country road yet close to the towns of San Gemini and Acquasparta. You will have exclusive use of the main three-bedroom, 2 bathroom villa and the 2 bedroom, 1 bath guest house (with full kitchen). You will also have exclusive use of the pool and grounds around the property.
