The property offers a one-bedroom deluxe villa. Located on a sealed road, and an easy 600m stroll to the Venus Bay cafe, bar, and shops, and only 700m to the Beach.

Children under 10 are not allowed.

Pets may be allowed in some cases - please ask.

If the weather turns chilly, close the powered roller shutters, kick on the floor heating, and enjoy the big screen. Or just go inside and continue to watch on the lounge or bedroom smart TVs.

A heated Swim Spa is also yours to enjoy. If you don't feel like hitting the beach, relax in a jet spa or swim against the jets for a workout.



No Sweat...

As Salt is on the top of a dune, you will have assisted access to our Funicular (incline elevator) to transport your luggage and personal items.

The building boasts of many thermal and energy-saving features to ensure your stay is comfortable



Polished concrete floors with hydronic heating ensure you will be warm and comfortable during your stay. Winter or summer you will always be very comfortable.



Built from Clinka Insulated masonry, with a fully insulated concrete slab, you will find the feel of the building solid and comforting.



Heat Recovery Ventilation... there is no need to open windows to bring in fresh air as air is continuously replaced. A fresh coastal air is drawn into the house, it is warmed by the stale air leaving the building. No smells, no humidity build-up, and always warm.



Smart lighting - Voice control, motion sensing, and wireless switches are used throughout. If technology is not your thing, you can always use a switch!



Your stay will be private and undisturbed. However, we live close by so can provide assistance and advice if required.
