About this farm stay rental
This 3-bedroom farmhouse is perfectly situated in the center of the U.S. with easy access to the Kansas City International Airport. Whether you are visiting for the World Cup or for work or to see the area our farmhouse gives you a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the metro while still having easy access to what the greater KC area has to offer. Easy access to three interstate highways giving direct paths to Arrowhead stadium, Downtown Kansas City, Saint Joseph MO and Lawrence KS and all points in between. Featuring 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, it comfortably welcomes guests looking for a peaceful retreat. We are in the country, about 7 miles from the airport, 5 miles to grocery stores and world class KC Bar-B-Cue. We are expecting to welcome an international crowd for the World Cup but we have amenities many properties do not have that we can negotiate; namely room for work trucks or trailers, room for dogs or even a camper or RV. We are centrally located for a mini-construction boom around the airport and Smithville and Platte City, Missouri.
We have WIFI and smart TV’s to keep you connected with the world. You have access to a garage/barn that is lighted and wired with a high voltage/high amp EV charger*. There is room to park motorcycles out of the elements and away from prying eyes. There is also room for horses and trailer although that would need to be discussed.
The bathroom includes a shower and a hair dryer and there is a washer and dryer at the house for convenience. Inside, guests find a cozy space with heating and central air conditioning to keep the atmosphere just right. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet moments indoors, this phenomenal farmhouse offers a warm and inviting stay.
