Guest Access:

Our Check-In begins at 3:00 pm. We offer 100% autonomous access to the apartment, so you can check in at the time that works best for you. We will send your access instructions on the morning of your arrival via message. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or special requests before your arrival.



Important Check-in Requirement - To ensure a smooth arrival, please make sure to complete our registration form and upload your selfie ahead of time. The LÍRICA Condominium administration requires this setup to authorize building access before you arrive. The Neighborhood:

Located at Av. Naciones Unidas 7880, this apartment is in a safe, modern area full of services. It features a pleasant view of the swimming pool, providing an attractive and comfortable atmosphere during your stay. In addition, it is right next to Hospital Innovaré and very close to shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets, and main roads, making it an ideal location for those seeking convenience and excellent mobility within Zapopan and Guadalajara.



Getting Around:

The building is located in an area with excellent connectivity. Public transportation is available nearby, and apps like Uber or Didi are a convenient option for getting around the city. The Guadalajara International Airport (GDL) is approximately 30 minutes away, depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

In accordance with the condominium’s internal regulations, visitors or additional guests who are not previously registered are not permitted. Only guests included in the reservation may enter the property.



For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning of the apartment will be provided at a cost of $450 MXN. This includes general cleaning of the space, as well as a change of linens and towels. The date and time will be scheduled in advance with our team.
