Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room, and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 10,000 m². Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)

- A shared swimming pool (unheated), open from 1 April to 30 September and secured by a fence, with sun loungers and a children’s paddling pool
- A private 18 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days (a table, four chairs and two armchairs)
- A shared, unfenced garden of 10,000 m²
The flat is ideally located in Oletta, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
