In the Marais Poitevin, in Vix, this spacious holiday home for 12 guests is located in the village’s oldest quarter, just steps from the center where you’ll find all shops: bakery, butcher, delicatessen, grocery, greengrocer, pharmacy, and two local vineyards for tastings.
Ideally placed for boat trips on the Green Venice and to explore the region: La Rochelle is 40 minutes away, Puy du Fou 1 hour, Futuroscope 1 hour 15, and the beaches 45 minutes.
On the ground floor, the house offers a fully equipped open kitchen, a living room with TV and board games, a bedroom with two single beds (or one king-size) and a baby bed, a bedroom with four single beds (or one king-size and two singles), two bathrooms, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with four single beds, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a toilet.
Baby equipment is available.
Enjoy a private garden at the back with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, a secure front courtyard for cars, a locked garage for bikes, and a shelter for motorbikes.
For one-night stays, bed linen is not provided but can be requested for an extra fee. Towels are not provided.
