Built in 2005, our flat underwent a partial renovation in 2024 and was completely refurbished and refurnished. Workation: For guests who work, there is a fully equipped workstation with high-speed internet at 100 MBits/s, height-adjustable desk with 27" screen and 4K resolution, keyboard, mouse, camera and headset.

The outdoor area impresses with its idyllic view of the surrounding mountain landscape from the living room, which invites you to linger. Despite the proximity to the Rhaetian Railway and the main road Via Maistra, which is less busy thanks to the new bypass, you can enjoy peace and quiet. An underground car park is available for your car, with direct lift access to the flat. A storage room for skis, snowboards or bicycles provides additional comfort during your stay.
