Extremely clean and warm on arrival
Being very picky!! There were just a few items missing in the kitchen. A sharp knife would have been useful and some scissors

cleanliness & peaceful surroundings
chopping knife for cooking is not provided, went in to the reception & requested one, made a call to the no. given still didn’t receive any during the stay.
When checking in code was required, which has not been explained in the first emails received after the booking. Took bit of time to find the relevant email, receptionist said there’s no other way to check in if I couldn’t find the email, even I had the booking reference, invoice etc.. , which was frustrating
was driving around in circles to find the given caravan, felt like lost in a maze. Few others we met said the same. Displaying range of numbers by the side roads would have saved a lot of time.
Pool was closed so couldn’t used the facilities. nothing said when checking in, leaflet with time, cost etc would hv been ideal for the pool and the restaurants as well

I came as a family of 6
3 adults and 3 children, we did only stay one night as a vase to site see anglesey and north wales mainly the sea zoo
The van was spotless inviting and situated in a place easy for qhat we needed
The owner is super nice and helpful the receprion was the same
It was a shame we didnt get passes for the pool as we didnt see the point for one eve , we missed a club for the kids to attend but again it is gorgous park so we didnt loose out
Parking for the van was a little akward due to surrounding vehicles

The property was very clean. It was also modern but homely. It had all the essentials including an air fryer and we were even left milk and tea. There was WiFi available in the property too. We had a very comfortable and great couple of days.
The campsite is great too. There are a couple of places to eat and drink. As a family we played football golf and went for a lovely walk around the woods. The lake is lovely too.
The location is great too. It’s an easy drive to many places. We visited Anglesey, Zip World and Penrhyn Castle while we were there and it wasn’t too far from Snowdon either.
