The furnishings were comfortable and access to a full kitchen with laundry made the apartment perfect for my visit. The view of the London skyline was amazing especially at night.
Minor improvements would be helpful: screens on the windows, address the silver fish crawling in the hallway bathroom and deep clean the dishwasher to remove the odor. The building lobby and entrance were routinely cluttered with leaves that minor sweeping could address. The exterior was often cluttered with broken glass, leaves and smoking remains. Probably not hard to clean up to make guests feel more welcome. Some pans were not heavy enough to trigger the heating unit on the stove. Suggest replacing with better quality. Placing written instructions for the washer/dryer in the apartment would be helpful.

The location was great. It was on the 17th floor of a 24 floor building, with 4 apartments on each floor. The first 11 floors were Travelodge. We've got the keys easily with an emailed code from a 24hr open shop 100 meters away. There was an onsite guard at the front door on workdays. There are three large lifts. At least two worked properly. The room was spacious, with a lovely city view. The room was clean in general except the floors needed vacuuming. There were 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. The narrow beds were not so comfy and it was hard to keep the sheets on the mattress. The wardrobes were enough with numerous hangers, The kitchen utensils all worked well. We used almost everthing in the kitchen, used the washing machine, ironing board and iron. Leaving the keys were also flawless. The Wetherspoon Bar next to the building was amazing.
We would like someone to clean the room and especially vacuum the floor just before our arrival.
We did not have hot water for a day during our 7 day trip. The owners did their best to keep us informed. We learned that the central hot water unit of the building had chronic issues and it was hard to maintain.
The beds are small in size and the mattress covers are so slippery that you find yourself on the mattress with the sheets on the other side.
We brought our soaps etc but would like to find a small dishwashing soap, sponge, soap in the bathroom etc. The idea the owners explain these missing items is `health issues` but they can be replaced with new ones with every customer.
The loud music from surrounding bars wont let you sleep easily on Fridays and Saturdays even on 17th floor.

Størrelsen på lejligheden og at der var elevator.
Soveværelserne var temmelig varme. Madrasserne var nogle meget billige fjedermadresser. TV'et var outdated ... kunne ikke afspille nogen apps, uden at det hele hakkede.
