Romantic location and beautiful flat. Celebrated our anniversary in Bagnone. Stylish and comfortable apartment with amazing views. Friendly locals. A good choice of bars and cafes. Picturesque countryside: we managed to go mushroom picking! Very warm in September which allowed us to keep windows open at night. Comfortable bed. Only 45 minute drive to the seaside (Lerici) which is our next stop. Then we return home to Hungary.

Absolutely amazing experience with Lydia’s flat. Was driving via Bagnone on business, stayed only one night. The place definitely deserves a longer stay. Bagnone itself has such a character with medieval town walls, narrow stone street, mountain stream just beyond the flat window. The location is the best as it is in the centre of the town, close to restaurants and bars. Beautiful decor, great shower. Did not try cooking facilities, had delicious freshly squeezed juice at BiFi, the bar next door where a notorious 117 million euros win struck. Hope to return one day.
