The location is excellent. The condo itself was immaculate. Very cute on the inside with a nice screen in balcony to enjoy coffee on overlooking a small pond and water feature. Thie unit is on the 2nd floor and has a stairway right in front if it so very convenient. If you need assistance there is an elevator just 2 doors down from it. The beach is literally across the street from beach access and can easily walk to it. Also, there is a Gas station (circle K,) a large seafood restaurant with live entertainment (Crabby's,) a pizza joint (Anthony's,) and an Italian ice and Gelato place along side the gated condo property. The pool is nice but the beach is nicer. We enjoyed both! Just a rock throw away is a hidden gem Dive of a place called little Margies... stop in here for acold beer and lunch.. it was truly great and very affordable. Communication from the owner was excellent and our party of four hopes to stay here again. It is about a 10-12 minute ride to the historic down-town depending on the draw bridge.
Nothing... it was perfect. Ivan and Katya made sure to provide us with an extremely well kept and relaxing place to stay. They were very welcoming and we truly felt like we were at home.

Had a great time at the Condo. We were across from the beach had a few places to eat that we walked to. Very close to anything you want. Condo was very spacious for the four of us very quite not noisy at all did not hear the neighbors. Went to the beach at sunset and walked around. The owners were very easy to get ahold. Had parking for two vehicles which was a plus for us. We will definitely stay there again :) Debbie
