Clean property, on-site parking and responsive host. The bed was really comfy too and it seems everything is new at this apartment.

Sammie was very helpful and thorough informing me of everything I would need to enter my room using the keylock.
After, I mentioned a private matter to him, he was exceptionally quick to rectify matters and keen to ensure that he does everything he can to ensure guests stays are comfortable and accommodating.

The location, the communication with the host, the bed was comfortable, the room was airy, the water & shampoos etc.
It looked like the painting & grouting had been finished in a hurry, it was very slapdash. The kitchen floor looked a little grubby.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Saddlers and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The room was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed.
I really appreciated all the little touches that made the stay feel special.
I had an early morning flight and was feeling quite nervous about getting to the airport on time, host(Sam) took the time to provide me with the bus schedules and explain everything to me. It was an absolute lifesaver and gave me so much peace of mind. He was genuinely one of the loveliest hosts I’ve ever encountered — incredibly kind, patient, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile.
I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
