Great place!

Very spacious and lovely apartment, excellent location and nice owner. Photos represent what you’ll get. Everything was great, it’s a shame we could only stay for 1 night. Will definitely book again!

We had to buy our own toilet paper (we couldnt find any in the apartment). But it’s such a simple thing that it didn’t ruin the experience because Tesco was just over the road

з "+" - розташування. Загалом, апартаменти адекватні (якщо прибрані і додати білизни з рушниками не завадило б), але ситуація, в яку ми потрапили, і поведінка власника повністю нівелювали враження.

Відпочатку ми бронювали інші апарти, але власник запропонував замну на інший варіант з "безкоштовним підвищенням рівня апартаментів". Я погодилася. В результаті: 1. Чекали власника з ключами 50 хв замість 10-12, які він де і озвучив. Жодного вибачення не було. 2. сміття з ванної кімнати не винесене, повна корзина туалетного паперу, використаних прокладок і інших "радощів" 3. питання власника: "а у вас з собою є туалетний папір? ні? ну добре, через 10 хв занесу" - 10, 15, 20 хв - немає, подзвонили (час 01:20 ночі, спати з 12-годинної дороги хотілося страшно), заніс папір із роздратованими словами "не треба мені дзвонити кожні 10 хв!" 4. в апартах 2 спальні. Власник показує на одну з них каже: "туди не заходьте, там до вас були гості, вони НАРИГАЛИ, ми прибрали, але запах є". На мій шок і питання, де має спати мій син-підліток (бо в іншій спальні лише одне двоспальне ліжко), показав диван в холі. Не показав навіть, чи розкладається той диван (схоже, що ні) 5. Ліжко в спальні було застелене не простирадлом, а потяганим старим потяганим наматрацником в катишках. В шафі на одній поличці чиста білизна - аж 2 підковдри і жодного простирадла, яке можна було б застелити на диван в кухні, на поличці нижче - зім'ята брудна білизна. Рушники відверто старі. Ми були надто виснажені з дороги, щоб влаштовувати розборки, але скарга була подана через Booking наступного ж дня. Ось така заміна на "кращі умови".

We had to buy our own toilet paper (we couldnt find any in the apartment). But it’s such a simple thing that it didn’t ruin the experience because Tesco was just over the road
