The lodge is in a beautiful location and we think has the best plot on the site.
It was spacious with 2 bathrooms which was good. There is a bonus hot tub and lots of wildlife to observe. A perfect place to watch the sunset.
There was quite a musty smell in the lodge when we arrived but we did get used to it and it didn’t impact our stay. There is a clear bit of wear and tear and if addressed, the lodge would be perfect. The decking is sunken in one area and the hot tub lid is falling apart.

The location is perfect, great weekend fishing and relaxing, towels provided was a lovely addition. Have booked to come back in the future. Some beautiful carp in the lake.
Decking is very unstable in places and needs sorts. Hot tub lid needs replacing as bits falling in hot tub when opening and closing. More cooking pans needed, like tins Pyrex dish and jug.
