Above the garage, a private suite with queen bedroom and rumpus room suits teenagers or a couple wanting their own space (this wing shares the downstairs bathrooms).

Outside, a resort-style 150,000L saltwater pool has its own pool house with kitchenette, toilet, and changing room. By the house, the spa pool, patio, gas BBQ, trampoline, and fire brazier keep guests outside from morning until after dark.

Pool Safety: The pool is large and deep—keep the gate locked when not in use. Swimming is at your own risk.

Hot Water: Multiple cylinders supply different areas—extended or simultaneous showers may deplete supply (~2 hours to reheat).

Security: Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and car park only. No cameras inside the home or in private outdoor spaces.
