Remember there are two units in this home (basement and main floor) completely private to each other. You are booking the main floor.
Disturbance:
Please let us know if you are disturbed by the other unit's guest below or if our rules are broken as we maintain a no noise policy and quiet hours need to be strictly followed.
Those Staying with Kids:
Please restrict your kids from running on the main floor, directly above the basement floor. We have ascertained that the upper floor/upstairs will be best or outside. There a play ground near by the kids will love.
You are renting 4 bedrooms out of a brand new 5 bedroom home, with 2.5 baths. You have access to Bedroom 1,2,3, & 4.
No Access to 2 (room 2 will be locked).

-This home is new and landscaping and the deck has not been completed. If you have kids that needs to play outside, please have this in mind when booking. There is a play ground nearby that is walkable.
House Keeping:
If staying more than 1 week, there is mandatory housekeeping where our cleaners have to be granted access to clean up the property. For maintenance, and making sure everything stays fresh for you.
Basement:
Please note that you are booking one out of a 2 unit home, the basement is occupied by another guests. Our ask is for all guests to be respectful and considerate to follow our house rules, the city of Edmonton's as well and to avoid making noise.

Pre-Arrival Requirement
-Guests are to complete a quick pre arrival process through Safeguest, a safe and reliable 3rd party software to verify ID and to ensure a smooth, compliant and stress free stay.
Unauthorized Guest: No unauthorized guests allowed. Fine is $150 per person, per day charge.
Pet Policies: House-trained dogs only. Max of 2 dogs. $100 per stay. Must be well-behaved. Dogs left alone must be crated. Dogs must be leashed when outside on the property at all times. Owners must pick up dog waste inside and outside. Excessive messiness or damage will incur additional cleaning or damage fees start at $500.
Disturbing Neighbors: Please be advised that we would have no option but to terminate your stay if you disturb the neighborhood (the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, we want to keep it that way).
Check Out:
Please unauthorized late checkout attracts a $50 fee per hour, as we pay our cleaners per hour, if cleaning get delayed and it inconveniences the next guest, we would have no option but to pass on the cost to you.
