NEW CONSTRUCTION 2021 - Our holiday home VillARTwinzig is newly built by us, Sandra and Goofy, and is located 150 meters from the fine sandy beach and 200 meters in the other direction from the marina. The sea is visible from the balcony, which also offers seating to enjoy the view. A beach chair is available seasonally on the beach, and a beach chair in the courtyard is available year-round. We also have a barrel sauna available for your use. VillARTwinzig has one bedroom with a box-spring bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a balcony and one with an additional sleeping area in the upper deck with a loft net. There is also a bathroom with a shower and rain shower head. VillARTwinzig is only available for weekly bookings during the high season.
