About this house rental

The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a small, well-maintained apartment building in a quiet location. It is a spacious 1.5-room apartment with 55 m² of living space and sleeping accommodations for up to 3 people (the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for a third person). The apartment is accessed via a separate entrance next to the terrace.

The apartment consists of a hallway, bathroom, kitchenette, living/sleeping area, dressing room, and an approximately 8 m² terrace with a partial lake view. A parking space is included. Amenities include: satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, and kettle. Bed linens and towels are provided.
