About this house rental

Welcome to the Old Louisville Carriage House! Your own private getaway in the middle of the largest collection of Victorian homes in the country. This carriage house was built at the turn of the century. It has been fully renovated to accommodate guests looking for a little piece of the Derby City charm.

This property is a 2 story home with 1st floor bedroom and private bathroom with shower. The 1st floor also has a stacked washer and dryer.

The second floor offers a Kitchen with dining area. Right off of the Kitchen is the Family Room. You will find 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. This home is located very close to downtown attractions such as:
