Spend your mornings with coffee on the private dock. Launch the included kayaks and paddleboards straight from your own sandy cove. In the afternoon, take the family out on the State Park’s trail network right from the driveway, or head out on the water — your private dock has room for a boat up to 30 feet, tucked in a quiet, peaceful cove. As evening comes, gather around the fire pit or fire up the Weber grill on the patio, and watch the sunset from your own shoreline.

Inside, Summers Landing is built for a big family or group to actually live comfortably together. The first-floor primary suite has a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom. A first-floor guest room offers two twin beds and its own full bath. A loft with a pull-out couch adds extra sleeping space for the group, bringing the whole home to sleep 10–12 guests comfortably. Every bedroom has its own air conditioning, so no one’s fighting over the one cool room in the house. Upstairs, a two-story great room with floor-to-ceiling lake views is where everyone naturally ends up in the evening. The kitchen is fully stocked — air fryer, KitchenAid mixer, blenders, crockpot, and an ice maker included — with bar seating for four and a pantry big enough to supply a full week’s stay.
