Ski-In/Ski-Out at The Aspens — Sleeps 14, Just Updated
Ski home to the Elkhorn Chairlift and end the day steps from your door. The Aspens is one of Beaver Creek's most convenient addresses: the Nordic Center and golf course are right outside, Beaver Creek Village and the Vilar Performing Arts Center are an easy walk, and the Village Connect shuttle runs the short distance into the Village when you'd rather not walk.
The home was substantially updated in 2026 — all-new lighting throughout, refreshed fixtures and hardware, and new linens and towels in every bedroom. Three levels of living space give a big group real separation instead of everyone stacked in one hallway.
Sleeping — 4 bedrooms, plus office with sleeper sofa, sleeps 14
Master bedroom — California king, private en suite bath, ceiling fan
Upstairs bedroom — Queen, served by a full bath that connects to both the bedroom and the living room, and locks from both sides
Basement bedroom — King with private en suite bath
Bunk room — A queen-over-queen bunk plus a twin XL-over-twin XL bunk, sleeping six. Full-scale adult bunks with proper mattresses, not the flimsy kids' frames typical of ski rentals — grown-ups actually fit. A hall bath with shower/tub sits directly outside.
Den / office — Desk and a high-quality American Leather queen-size sleeper sofa. Good for an extra couple, a nanny, or teenagers who want their own corner.
Living
The main living area centers on a stone fireplace with a wall-mounted TV. Downstairs is a second living room built around a large wall-mounted screen — the room everyone migrates to after skiing, with the hall bath right there. There's also an arcade machine with thousands of games. The kitchen has enough counter space for several people to cook at once. Eero Pro 7 mesh WiFi covers all levels, so you can take a call from the den while the kitchen is loud. All TVs are smart-TV ready — sign in to your own streaming accounts.
After a ski day
- Full-size washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room
- Gear drying machine in laundry room to easily dry boots and helmets overnight

The neighborhood
Beaver Creek Nordic Center and golf course: about a minute's walk. Vilar Performing Arts Center: roughly 8–10 minutes on foot. Centennial Express: about 10 minutes. Hooked and Powder 8 are walkable; Beaver Creek Village adds skating, sledding, and the full restaurant lineup. Eagle County Airport (EGE) is about 35–40 minutes by car; Vail is a short drive up-valley.

Ski access across the path that runs to Elkhorn lift. Self check-in with keypad entry. Quiet residential complex — please keep noise down after 10pm. No smoking, no pets, no events. Maximum occupancy 14, enforced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Beaver Creek. This home was super clean, beds were comfortable, check in was so easy and communication with Reed was top notch. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

The host was very responsive. The place was well stocked and comfortable. Unfortunately, we could not access the ski in/out due to lack of snow. Shuttle service was very convenient, but we were also able to walk into the village from this unit.
