A design-led three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Gzira, 140 square metres, sleeping six across three individually styled bedrooms. This is not a cookie-cutter rental. Every space has its own colour story and character, thought through for comfort as much as for how it looks.

THE LIVING SPACE
Sink into the oversized camel-velvet sofa piled with textured cushions, framed by warm wall panelling and a floor lamp that makes this the room you linger in after a day out. Air conditioning and heating throughout, free WiFi, and a smart TV with Netflix.

DINING AND KITCHEN
A solid-wood oval table seats all six comfortably beneath a trio of framed art prints, with soft curtain light behind it, made for shared breakfasts or a proper sit-down dinner in. The open-plan kitchen is anchored by a marble waterfall island with rattan bar stools for casual meals and morning coffee.

THE BEDROOMS
Bedroom one is a sage-toned retreat, with a plush upholstered bed beneath a curated gallery wall and sculptural pendant light, a boho patterned rug underfoot and warm bedside lighting.

Bedroom two is the balcony suite. A striking teal geometric feature wall sets the tone, and the room opens onto a private balcony with seating, an easy spot for morning coffee above the neighbourhood.

Bedroom three is a twin room with two single beds under a rust-toned wood-panelled wall, dressed with dreamcatcher and macrame details for a warm, relaxed feel. Well suited to children, friends, or extra guests.

THE BATHROOMS
The first is finished in a bold terrazzo-and-peach palette with a walk-in glass shower and a striking round vessel sink, closer to a boutique hotel than a rental. The second is calmer and neutral-toned, with a spacious walk-in shower behind herringbone tile, a floating vanity and natural light.

ARRIVING
Check-in is self-service. Instructions and a detailed digital arrival guide, with step-by-step directions and local tips, are sent ahead of your stay.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Gzira is one of Malta`s most walkable and effortlessly cool waterfront towns, tucked between the buzz of Sliema and the calm of Ta` Xbiex marina. The seafront promenade is right on the doorstep, lined with cafes and restaurants and a scenic path made for an evening stroll along the water.

Sliema`s shopping and dining hub is an easy walk away, including The Point, along with boutiques, restaurants and lively evenings whenever you feel like exploring. The surrounding streets are dotted with local bakeries, casual eateries and everyday conveniences, so you are never far from what you need.

GETTING AROUND
Regular bus routes run nearby, connecting you to Valletta, Sliema and beyond, with a bus stop a short walk from the apartment. Tickets can be bought directly from the driver. Ferries to Valletta depart from Sliema Ferry Terminal, a quick and scenic ride to the capital, and Gozo day trips are straightforward from here. Bolt, eCabs and Uber all operate reliably in the area, and street parking is available nearby if you do arrive by car. You do not need a car to explore Malta from this address.

During Malta’s warmer months, occasional sightings of ants can happen — it’s part of our sunny island life. We take prevention seriously and spray the apartment regularly. To help prevent them from coming inside, we kindly ask that you keep doors and windows closed. We also provide sprays and traps if needed.
