A spacious, beautifully decorated apartment with a tasteful interior that puts you in a good mood and makes spending time inside very enjoyable. It is comfortable, everything is in its place, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. On top of that, all appliances, furnishings, and systems are brand new and show no signs of wear and tear. The property itself is small and easy to reach by car. While it might not be fully equipped yet, overall it is a very pleasant place to stay.
The apartment is priced at a premium, but the hospitality fails to deliver. Ongoing construction not disclosed in the Booking.com listing left hallways covered in cardboard and noise and dust right outside the window. A day before arrival, I was informed the guaranteed private parking space was unavailable (with no apology or compensation), forcing a 40-minute search for a spot due to nearby stadium events. Inside, a broken towel radiator left the bathroom very cold; instead of offering a heating solution, the host asked me to record videos and photos for her warranty claim. Furthermore, despite the high-end finishes, the use of feather pillows was an odd choice for a rental, given how common allergies are. Overall, I actually liked the apartment itself, but I was struck by how the host expects full guest understanding for all shortcomings while offering zero goodwill herself, flatly refusing even a slightly later check-out past an early 10:00 AM.
