Konumu iyiydi ve rahatdı. Temizdi. Gitdiğimizde ütü yoktu bizden önceki misafir almıştı galiba, işletme sahiplerine bildirrim hemen yenisini getirdiler. Her yere Ulaşım çok rahatdı.

Beğenmediğim demeyelim de eksik vardı. 1. tıbbi malzeme yoktu, bence evde gerekli. 2. yoldan geldik yorgun evde içmek için 1 bardak bile su yoktu. Direk gelince hemen bir şeyler almak imkanı olmuyo.

Nada...solo dar un consejo ni se os ocurra reservar....fotos falsas...un cuarto piso sin ascensor que eso no avisan para personas mayores o con niños ...las fotos para nada con la realidad....jamás vi tanta tanta suciedad y mugre y todo destrozado. No apto para alquiler Como está el baño denunciable... Cocina insalubre Colchones destrozados Vaya vaya jamás vi cosa igual...no entiendo cómo Booking alquila semejante cosa... Por mucho q se aprecie en las fotos mucho peor es ... Pq no hay puntuación negativa Booking no debería alquilar semejante cosa en su página...de vergüenza

No esperen un apartamento nuevo

Para los precios que había por Paris ese fin de semana, tiene el metro cerca, y estás a 15’ tanto del aeropuerto de Orly como de Paris con un Uber, con lo que es cómodo. Si no tienen inquilinos la noche anterior te permiten dejar las maletas en el apartamento antes de la hora del check in. Es perfecto para varias personas, aunque lo cogimos para 7, había espacio hasta para 10 personas. Teniendo n cuenta que solo hay un baño. Es un apartamento abuhardillado que tiene su encanto. El resumen es que para uno o dos días está bien relación calidad precio si sabes cómo es, pero para una semana sería un poco incómodo, sobretodo por las instalaciones de comida y la calidad de las camas

Fue una decepción ver el apartamento, no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. Parece que estén pasadas por IA, porque los espacios son reales pero está todo muy viejo: las instalaciones están viejas y mal cuidadas, suelo despegado, colchones doblados y no los mejores somieres, la puerta de la ducha rota, zonas del techo con la pintura despegada, muebles con agujeros… La comunicación es fluida cuando les interesa, les escribí al entrar para ver si había alguna solución puesto que no tenía nada que ver las imágenes y nunca contestó, tardo bastante en confirmar si podíamos dejar las maletas, pero lo hizo, supongo que estaba esperando a ver si alguien alquilaba la noche anterior.

Déception énorme

La localisation pratique à côté du métro 13

Nous sommes arrivés vendredi soir au logement maison vallée et quelle déception. Les photos sur le site ne sont pas conformes à ce que nous découvrons. Seule une photo est représentative de notre logement. Nous avons essayé de contacter l’établissement (message + appel) sans réponse le soir même et quelle surprise ce matin de voir apparaître des photos de l’appartement mais embellies (merci l’IA sûrement). L’appartement est « sale » et mal entretenue. Les meubles sont branlants (tables salon, « buffet »), seulement 8 chaises pour une réservation pour 9 (et possible jusqu’à 10 sur le site). L’électricité est dangereuse, des prises sont sorties, des interrupteurs ne fonctionnent pas, aucune lumière dans la cuisine et vmc sales. Dans l’annonce nous avions 3 chambres, puis un canapé lit au salon, nous nous retrouvons avec une seule vraie chambre, le canapé lit au salon conforme puis une chambre avec une mezzanine, qui plus est, ouverte sur le salon, donc nous dormons tous ensemble. L’un des lit est totalement cassé et rafistolé, sale, ne permettant pas de dormir dessus, nous dormons à même le sol sur le matelas sans sommier. Concernant les draps et linge de toilettes, il nous manque une housse de couette ( merci l’hygiène) et nous avons à disposition 3 serviettes normales, 3 serviettes à main, pour 9…. La cuisine est très rudimentaire contrairement aux photos de l’annonce principale, des étagères comprenants les assiettes sont courbées sous le poids de la vaisselle, aucun torchon pour faire la vaisselle comme demandées. Et la salle de bain… minable. Poussières derrières les tuyaux, moisissures au plafond et dans la douche, peinture effritées, lavabo bouchée, câble électrique à nue et apparent au dessus du lavabo, porte de douche cassée et laissée contre le mur toute moisie..
