Beautiful comfortable large light-filled room

Beautiful, large and clean rooms. Very high-end feel but limited amentities. Only coffee and no tea. The balcony was lovely as we got the sunshine and there was a sun bed.

It's all processed online so there is no receptionist or real person to talk to. We suspect we ran into the owner who was incredibly helpful and allowed us to check into our room early. He was unnecessarily apologetic.

This was an awful experience in an otherwise lovely vacation in Sardinia.

Balcony is nice. Building and common spaces are nice.

Worst check-in experience ever. Read review on Google. Room smelled and was stuffy. Climate control seemed to be on a locked timer, or something, so we couldn’t get relief there. The one window/door would only open on one side and even that side was partially blocked by a broken/frozen in place blackout shutter. Room was unbearably hot at night. I slept on the patio part of the night until mosquitoes got too bad to continue with that strategy.

9 / 10

Good value for money a 5 star premises but found the whole set up a bit strange.

Clean , modern, comfortable, great facilities. the staff were efficient. Location wasn’t bad a little bit of a walk to centro.

There was a kitchen but no cooking utensils or cutlery. The owners were responsive but I never met them. it was a bit impersonal

Het was schoon, strak en super modern ingericht. Je moest technisch zijn om de voordeur of douch te kunnen bedienen.

Digitale inchecken was verschrikkelijk. Dit was een vereiste anders kreeg je geen code voor het hek en de twee deuren wat uiteindelijk niet werkte en men toch op locatie kwam wat eerder volgens hen niet mogelijk was.
