No vale la pena. Mejor un hotel.
Haber reservado solo una noche. El parking. Y, sin duda, el momento de cerrar la puerta al irnos.
La limpieza es prácticamente inexistente. Las bandejas del horno estaban llenas de grasa y restos de comida, y los vasos tenían restos de comida y huellas de dedos. La ropa de cama era claramente la que había usado otra persona antes que nosotros. Había una alfombra por la que ni se me ocurriría caminar descalza, la mampara del baño estaba rota y, como broche de oro, pelos de dudosa procedencia pegados al jabón de la ducha. Además de que no fuimos capaces de ventilar la casa de lo mal que olía.
A pesar de todo esto, no nos quejamos porque solo estuvimos 9h en el apartamento y nos parecía innecesario.
Lo más surrealista vino después: el propietario nos habló por privado y nos recriminó haber dejado dos platos en el fregadero y las toallas en el suelo, pese a que él mismo nos había dicho por mensaje que no era necesario limpiar y había dejado un post-it indicando expresamente que las toallas se dejasen en el suelo.
Cuando le señalé el estado en el que habíamos encontrado el apartamento, su respuesta fue que, si quería algo mejor, debería haber pagado más e ido a un hotel. Sin rebatir absolutamente nada de lo que le habíamos comentado sobre la limpieza. Una respuesta bastante reveladora.
Si el precio reducido implica que el huésped anterior debe limpiar el apartamento para el siguiente, quizá convendría indicarlo en Booking. Personalmente, prefiero pagar 30 € más (que es lo que valían los hoteles de la zona) y alojarme en un sitio donde la limpieza no dependa de la buena voluntad del huésped anterior.
