Property is good, facilities are amazing and things which they are offering is amazing. Brand new hotel and good location
Reception staff is not good. They are uneducated unprofessional when it comes to behaviour.. I requested them upper floor room, the reception guy denied and said sold out but I showed him clearly that online it shows 5-7 rooms are available and even Airbnb had room available with room number on higher floor, he replied “Nahi dena hai mujhe”. Pure mahine ka booking karoge toh aapko upar ka floor dunga else nahi.. I mean what nonsense? Whoever is owner, have invested heavily on property but should invest on quality reception staff who knows how to behave and talk professionally with customer .. rest all is good.

The place is very well kept and clean. Location is great, in vicinity to lot of cafes/restaurants. Overall infrastructure was very well maintained, staff was courteous and helpful.
