Wer hier mietet, erlebt ein Martyrium bevor ihm (vielleicht) Einlass gewährt wird.

Die Werbung bei Booking: Die Verheißung eines gastfreundlichen Quartiers.

Katastrophale Kommunikation. Nach der erfolgten u bestätigten Bezahlung wurde uns weder die Adresse des Quartiers übermittelt noch wurde uns gesagt, wer uns dort in Empfang nimmt bzw. wie wir rein kommen. Stattdessen sollten wir gemäß Mitteilung Booking com eine tel-nummer des Vermieters anrufen, die gar nicht erreichbar war. Schriftlich erhielten wir dann einen Berg von Haus- u vertragstegeln, denen wir zustimmen mussten. Sowie ein unfassbar übergriffiges Check-in-Verfahren. Man duzte uns und verlangte die Daten der Kredit-Karte sowie aktuelle Fotos. Mehrere Fotos (von links, von rechts) , wie bei einer erkennungsdienstlichen Behandlung. Wie brachen den absurden Vorgang ab.

Letto estremamente ampio e super comodo, davvero eccezionale, anche per la cura della biancheria da letto. Posizione ottima. Possibilità di late check in

Il bagno non è confortevole, molto piccolo e piuttosto trasandato. Il divano era sporco. La cucina molto poco assortita (c'era una macchina del caffè che non ho capito come utilizzare, nemmeno un caffè solubile, né una minima bottiglia d'acqua)
