The host Rosheen is very nice, smiling all the time, works hard to keep the place clean and functioning, sets up water, yogurt and juices every day and is ready to help with extras anytime (just ask!) The property is newly renovated and spacious (containing 5 rooms that share the kitchen and the balcony). I was in the room Pulcinella that has a private (part of) balcony. The bathroom was small but nicely designed with a great shower, hot water was never a problem. AC worked great, the TV is also new (but I could find only 1 channel not dubbed to Italian). The building with its many staircases is fascinating and the property feels save (hard to find and behind a fire-proof security door). The fourth or so floor (no lift!) offers nice views over Naples rooftops. The piazzeta in front of the building shows clearly you are in the city of the original d10s Maradona...
The property and the rooms are basic and simple but do the job of a welcoming stay in the historical centre of Naples. Bed mattresses are old (dressed in bed linen with plastic covering) but of high quality and still very comfortable. There are few options to store your clothes and other stuff, especially bathroom is missing a shelf or a couple of hooks. The door of my room stuck every time I opened it. The breakfast consists of industrial pastries wrapped in plastic but Rosheen is willing to give you more than Booking would ever have granted...

A parte il fatto che non c'è la possibilità di farsi un caffè, se non solubile, succhi, yogurt, snack confezionati ed acqua non mancano; il frigorifero è a disposizione per le bibite acquistate in strada, il forno a microonde e la piastra elettrica per scaldare vivande. Grande TV con numerosi programmi online da piattaforme gratuite. La nostra camera disponeva di terrazzino dove fare colazione. Silenziosa nonostante la posizione nel centro di Napoli. Roshan gentilissimo e disponibile.
Mancano i sostegni per gli asciugamani. Il segnale TV è debole ed incostante. La struttura è al terzo piano senza ascensore. Come detto, una macchinetta per fare il caffè sarebbe stata utile.
