The property is located in the very center of Himarë (a bit uphill) 5 mins to the beach and 10 mins to restaurants. The hosts are very welcome. The apartment (2 floors) is large and clean. Internet worked perfectly 95% of times if you need it for your work/calls (if not you can buy 5G SIM nearby). If you have any requests, just write them in the chat (here in Booking), and they will answer in no time.
It is not a property fault, just to be ready for narrow roads and cars that park under the "No stopping" sign. Rent a small car.

The apartment is brand new and has been built to a very high standard using quality materials.
There are three bathrooms, which makes it more than comfortable for a larger group. The kitchen is very spacious as well. While a few items are still missing from the equipment and furnishings, the owners are making every effort to provide them. Whenever we needed something, it was supplied almost immediately. If you need anything, don't complain, just let the hosts know and they will be happy to help!
The apartment is only about a 3-minute walk from the beaches, so we hardly had to use our rental car at all. It's actually best to reach the grocery stores in the town center on foot. There are quite a few uphill sections, but it's good exercise!
The restaurants are also nearby, and you can reach Himarë's seafront center within a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. In the evenings, the music can be quite loud, which may seem concerning at first. However, the apartment is fitted with such high-quality windows and doors that once they are closed, you can hardly hear anything from outside.
The air conditioning units work very efficiently and cool the rooms quickly, so there's really no need to leave them running at full blast while you're away.
