1. Internet connectivity: The Wi-Fi was unreliable. Although each floor has its own access points and signal strength was not a problem, the available bandwidth was insufficient for consistent use.
2. Network authentication: There is no centralized login. Each floor requires separate authentication, which is inconvenient when moving around the property.
3. Room condition: The room initially assigned to me was unclean and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke from the previous guest. To the staff’s credit, I was moved to another room immediately when I asked.
4. Billing discrepancy: At check-in, I was asked to pay more than the amount shown in my booking confirmation. Although the difference was small, I was disappointed that the confirmed rate was not honored.

The staff are kind and helpful. Whenever I had questions or needed help, they were always there for me.
I also loved that they offered room service. It was especially helpful when I was sick and didn't have the energy to go out and get food.
The location is great too. Overall I think it's amazing value for money.
They sometimes forgot parts of my room service orders.
Also, they were quite persistent about getting reviews. They messaged my whatsapp number every single day asking for a review after I left. That was a bit too much.
