The property is exceptionally well structured, with great attention to every detail that matters for a comfortable seaside stay. The garden is spacious and beautifully illuminated in the evening, with a dedicated parking space, an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, and a lovely lounge area on the lawn. There is also a comfortable, covered outdoor dining area directly attached to the house, which was perfect for enjoying meals outside.
Inside, the house is newly renovated, spotlessly clean, practical, and furnished with great care and charm. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, well maintained, and equipped with all the essentials. The kitchen is clean and functional, while the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and generous wardrobes.
We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome: a complimentary bottle of wine, a fruit basket, breakfast sweets, coffee capsules, and even useful bathroom amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided.
For a relatively small house, everything is incredibly well put together to provide maximum comfort. The highlight is undoubtedly the large window overlooking the sea and Tavolara Island, offering wonderful views in both the morning and evening.
The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay, and the air conditioning was a real asset during the exceptionally hot days. Overall, the property combines comfort, practicality, beauty, and thoughtful hospitality exceptionally well.
The wonderful sea view also means that the property is situated in an elevated position above the sea. The walk to the closest beach takes around 12–15 minutes downhill, which naturally means that the return journey is uphill.
We did not have a car during our stay, but it was still perfectly feasible to reach the local supermarket, three nearby beaches, and the various restaurants in the area on foot. It is simply worth taking the uphill walk back into consideration, especially on hot days. With a car, this is of course not an issue at all.
