It is a huge villa with a big terrace (lots of comfy seats and deck chairs) a beautiful garden - the olive tree is amazing!
The terrace has a roof so you can always find shade (and shelter if it rains). It is close to the beautiful city Polignano as well as to Fasano where there is a wonderful zoo/safari park/amusement park.
It is very safe as it is in a gated community.
I didn't like that I was forced to register online and sign an external rental agreement. We only got that information when we checked in the day of our arrival and it said we would not get access if we didn't sign the agreement. I was worried about that - I use booking so that I do not have to cope with rental agreements - plus it was only in Italian! It was fine in the end but for days I was worried it might be a scam to extract money after the stay, especially as the villa is not new and there are lots of damages (that you are supposed to report within 24 hours after arrival to proof tht you did not cause them).
The second thing might be a plus for some people but when I booked I thought the villa was in a small village. In reality it's a gated community without any infrastructure (but a guard at the entrance). As it was after the season it felt a bit like living in a ghost town. It's 1.4km from the entrance to the villa - so it's a huge gated area.
