The people’s who are working there. I never saw so nice people in a hotel before. The are helping with everything. There is also a guid working. So if you come to Cairo and you need a guid just go to this hotel. Then there is a guid already.

Die Betreuung und die Freundlichkeit von Mohammed und Kollegen/Innen ist ohne Übertreibung das Beste was ich je erlebt habe.
Dazu muss man sagen, dass wir bewusst ein lokales Hotel gewählt haben und keine "Internationales Hotel" damit wir die lokale Kultur erleben können. Dazu gehört auch, dass mal das Wasser für eine halbe Stunde nicht lief oder das WiFi nicht immer einwandfrei funktionierte aber das war für uns kein Problem. Ein anderer Punkt war das Frühstück auf dem Rooftop (mit Blick auf die Pyramiden!) wo Rachma eine sehr grosse Auswahl mit viel liebe offerierte! Wer echte, lokale Kultur erleben will (und somit auch keine 5* Hotel sucht) ist da bestens aufgehoben. Alles ist einfach und zweckmässig und der Preis ist absolut fair!
Ja, die Gebets Zeiten gehören auch zur Kultur von Ägypten. Wenn aber um 0500 zum ersten Gebet gerufen wird (Fajr) und dabei fast aus dem Bett fällt ist ein Gehörschutz Gold wert 😃.
