A bit loud when people are trying to organise their suitcase by their pods.

Pretty much everything. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Myeongdong with shops, restaurants, the night market and public transport immediately outside. The property is newly built, exceptionally clean and very thoughtfully designed.
The cabin was comfortable and surprisingly spacious, with quiet sliding doors and excellent ventilation throughout the night. The sleeping area genuinely smelled clean and fresh, even in the shared men’s area. The bathrooms and showers were spotless and very well equipped.
The shared facilities were outstanding: a large laundry, kitchenette, fridge, filtered water, vending machines, charging stations, work/study areas, café and a beautiful terrace. There is also a large luggage storage area with secure lockers for bags.
Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels and a new set of pyjamas during my six-night stay. The staff were professional and helpful throughout. It really felt like they had thought of everything a traveller might need.
Very little. The only limitation is that this is a capsule-style hotel, so the basic cabins are compact and the sleeping areas are shared. However, that is exactly what I expected, and the design makes excellent use of the space. Larger cabin options are also available for guests who want more privacy and room.
