We liked the apartment, the area scared us a little.

It is a clean, newly furnished, well-compartmented apartment, with a small but well-equipped kitchen. The location is central and with everything you need nearby.

It has no balcony and smells like cigarette smoke. There is a construction site in front of the apartment and besides the noise there are also many rats :((

Inne niż sobie wyobrażałam.

Około pięć minut do starego miasta.

Z całego serca NIE POLECAM tego miejsca. Apartament wygląda pięknie na zdjęciach, ale na tym jego plusy się kończą. Zacznę od opisania okolicy, w jakiej znajduje się to mieszkanie. Na każdym kroku widziałam osoby pod wpływem narkotyków. Wokół kręci się pełno bezdomnych, a po ulicach latają szczury wielkości małego psa! Już pierwszego dnia byłam świadkiem kłótni dwóch narkomanów mieszkających w tym samym bloku, w którym znajduje się to mieszkanie. Jeden z mężczyzn został wyrzucony z bloku i koczował przy wejściu do budynku, przez co bałam się wejść do środka. Na szczęście, gdy po kilku godzinach wróciłam, już go tam nie było. Cały blok nie jest dźwiękoszczelny. W nocy nie dało się spać przez hałasy innych mieszkańców i pijanych osób wynajmujących mieszkania. O 6 rano każdego dnia roboczego była pobudka, ponieważ tuż za oknem znajduje się plac budowy, o którym nie było mowy w opisie. Hałas był nie do wytrzymania, nawet zatyczki do uszu nic nie dały. Dodatkowo wieczorami na tym placu było pełno szczurów, które przyciągały śmietniki stojące na całej długości sąsiedniej ulicy. Sypialnia jest kompletnie nie do użytku. Smród w pokoju był tak okropny, że po przekroczeniu progu mieszkania zbierało się na wymioty. Przypuszczam, że ten okropny zapach mógł pochodzić od materaca, który sprawiał wrażenie stęchłego i źle wypranego. Dodatkowo po całym mieszkaniu zostały porozwieszane zapachy mające na celu usunięcie tego smrodu. Wszystko to tylko jeszcze bardziej pogorszyło sytuację i nie dało się pozbyć tego zapachu nawet poprzez wietrzenie. Mieszkanie miało być posprzątane, ale niestety również pod tym względem było bardzo źle. Wszędzie znajdowało się pełno włosów i ogólnego brudu. Włączniki światła były lepkie i aż brązowe od brudu. Trudno było uwierzyć, że mieszkanie zostało posprzątane przed naszym przyjazdem. Kontakt z obiektem był okej — odpisywali na wiadomości, ale nie rozwiązali problemu.
