המקום חדש ונעים, וביחס למחיר התמורה טובה מאוד. יש מקרר בדירה, האינטרנט מצוין והדירה מרווחת ונוחה. למרות שיש מזגן רק בחדר השינה, השארנו אותו דולק והוא הצליח לקרר גם את שאר הדירה. בסך הכול נהנינו מהשהייה ובהחלט היינו ממליצים על המקום, במיוחד למי שמחפש אופציה טובה במחיר נוח.

הדבר העיקרי שכדאי לקחת בחשבון הוא הרעש. המקום נמצא ממש בתוך אזור מגורים מקומי, כך שלפעמים יש רעש גם בשעות הלילה, ומסביבות 5:30 בבוקר התרנגולות באזור מתחילות לעשות הרבה רעש והעירו אותנו כמעט בכל בוקר. לכן למי שאוהב לישון עד מאוחר זה כנראה פחות יתאים. בנוסף, המיקום נראה מאוד קרוב למרכז כשמסתכלים ב-Google Maps, אבל בפועל המקום נמצא במעלה הר והדרך אליו כוללת עלייה מאוד תלולה שלדעתנו יכולה להיות מסוכנת. למי שלא מנוסה מאוד ברכיבה על אופנוע או לא מרגיש בטוח עליו, ההתניידות מהמקום ואליו עלולה להיות די מאתגרת, וזה משהו שממש כדאי לדעת מראש. במהלך השהייה היה גם ריח מאוד לא נעים שעלה מהשירותים, בעיקר ריח חזק של שתן, וזה משהו שבהחלט כדאי לטפל בו. אין ניקיון יומי, ויש מזגן רק בחדר השינה ולא בסלון. חשוב לנו לציין שהמקום חדש מאוד ואנחנו היינו בין האורחים הראשונים, ולכן אנחנו מניחים שחלק מהדברים עדיין נמצאים בתהליך של שיפור והתאמות.
