Very warm welcome by the owner, Nicola. The place was spacious and had everything we needed as a family. They set up a comfy sleeping couch for the kids. What came as a surprise was the braai place with wood ready for an entertaining braai with family. The area was excellent with amenities and shops nearby. Definitely already planning my next trip with the entire family.
Nothing i didnt like, but would advise to have communial place to iron clothes if staff are not there and housekeeping to check towels . Overall a very well kept place.

It is a self catering establishment, very homely with all necessary kitchen utensils. The loocation is closer to shops and transport. I loved everything about the place. Unit 5 was outstanding
Everything was perfect

From the initial contact, Nicola made me feel at home. She even sent me a message with the exact location of the property as I was not familiar with Bloemfontein.
She also followed up to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
The room was immaculate, clean and fresh.
The kitchenette had everything you need and more, even an air fryer. A very small detail that very few guest houses provide, stood out for me, was the little carton of milk for coffee that was provided in the fridge.
If I had time, I would have used the private braai at the room. Maybe on my next visit...
