A complete disaster.

Good location.

The flat has been renovated very recently and let out before it was finished or cleaned. We only stayed one night of the eight nights we had booked because of a late arrival (after 11pm) and we left as soon as we could the next day as we didn't feel it was safe. No carbon monoxide detector near the boiler. The extractor fan is inside the shower enclosure, and isn't properly fixed to the ceiling properly, and the shower head was leaking onto it. Shower taps plumbed the wrong way round. Damp in the bathroom. The bedroom door latch came off in our hands, door edges were unsanded and rough, the kitchen door wouldn't stay shut, and the fridge wasn't working, which we discovered as we were leaving the morning when the food we had tried to store overnight wasn’t cold. The freezer door wouldn't close and the freezer had leaked across the floor before we arrived. It also hadn't been cleaned: dirty fridge, perishable food left in a cupboard, hair in the bathroom sink and on a pillow. The mattress was near unusable. We set all of this out for the host and received no apology and no acknowledgement — only messages asking if we'd left and where the keys were. Nice photos, but the property isn't ready for guests.

Very comfortable stay in great area

Smart, modern and comfortable, with everything at hand for a good stay. Garden access. A grocery shop literally on the doorstep and only a short walk to many cafes, restaurants, and the famous local Hare & Hound pub. Bus stops close by for Richmond and Putney visits. Kew Gardens is around 15 mins by car (bus as well). If you arrive by car, use Deanhill Road, free parking and always good parking especially at the top of the road.
