הדירה ממש במרכז של כל מקומות הבילוי כמו מסעדות,ברים, חנויות,קניון ופארקים, מיקום מעולה רק שמתקנים בדירה לא תואמים למיקום

מזרן מאוד קשה קפיצים , במקלחת המים לא ירדו בביוב, הזכוכית של חלון במרפסת שבורה אמרו שיתקנו ולא עשו דבר וגם ידית של הדלת לשרותים לא הייתה , רכשנו את הדירה עם תוספת תשלום לארוחת בוקר כשבפועל לא מוגש ארוחת בוקר בסוף עם וויקוח של בעל הדירה כיזזו לנו תשלום, לא נעים להתחיל את החופש עם וויקוחים, לגבי נקיון החדר רצו לגבות תשלום נוסף שלבסוף בעל דירה הבטיח שתבוא מנקה כל 2 ימים , גם זה בסוף לא התקיים לא ניקו לא החליפו מצעים , היינו שם 5 ימים,
