Pros
* Courtesy bottled water in fridge: 1L plus few smalls, great welcome detail!
* Just renovated, almost brand new: toilette, kitchen... Seems we were first customer
* Location, near downtown but far enough to avoid rush and noise. Area is very quiet, ideal for families. Farmers market w fresh fish, vegetables, fruit, meat in walking distance
Cons
* Cleaning is not good enough, ash in the kitchen, floor lacks good scrub. When shared pics with owner just replied: "thanks". Previous apartment we rented happened kind of the same BUT owner apologize + send a lady to clean in 1h + discounted 40%
* Hard to find. Location is accurate but few pics sent mins before arrival make it tricky to get in. You need Data to get pics when around. Then good luck to find the way matching the pic
* I suggest to add few more furnishings. I.e there were only serrated knifes. What about having at least one paring?
* No elevator: we struggle a bit with our baby and heavy luggae upstairs 1 floor. As far as I remember it was published as 'detached' but is an appartment
