PÉSSIMA
No imóvel, não havia acesso à internet. Relatei o problema ao anfitrião, que, embora tenha respondido prontamente às minhas mensagens, não conseguiu solucioná-lo. Dessa forma, permaneci durante toda a estadia, de 3 dias, sem acesso à internet.
Além disso, a cidade de Cuiabá é muito quente e o imóvel possui ar-condicionado apenas no quarto. O aparelho, entretanto, demora cerca de 3 horas para conseguir resfriar adequadamente o ambiente, aparentemente por não ser compatível com o tamanho do quarto. Segundo informações da vizinhança, a parede recebe incidência direta de sol durante boa parte do dia, o que contribui para o excessivo aquecimento do imóvel.
A porta de acesso ao imóvel possui fechadura do tipo tetra e apresenta problemas, dificultando significativamente sua abertura. Inclusive, em determinada ocasião, fiquei preso no imóvel por um bom tempo. Por orientação do próprio anfitrião, fui obrigado a deixar a porta sem trancá-la, a fim de evitar que o problema se repetisse.
A situação da segurança também é preocupante. O portão eletrônico possui um mecanismo que permite sua abertura manual, mas esse dispositivo fica facilmente acessível a pessoas que estejam do lado de fora, deixando o imóvel vulnerável à entrada de terceiros. Essa vulnerabilidade é ainda maior pelo fato de a porta de acesso ao imóvel precisar permanecer destrancada em razão do problema na fechadura.
O imóvel também apresenta diversas paredes com mofo. Além disso, no sábado, após uma forte chuva, ocorreu um vazamento, fazendo com que a sala e a cozinha amanhecessem com uma quantidade considerável de água no chão.
Ressalto que o anfitrião respondeu rapidamente às minhas mensagens em todas as ocasiões em que relatei os problemas. Contudo, nenhum deles foi efetivamente solucionado durante a minha estadia. Segundo informado pelo próprio anfitrião, o imóvel pertenceria a outra pessoa e, apesar de ele ter entrado em contato com ela, a única alternativa apresentada foi que eu acionasse o vizinho par
Diante de todos esses fatos, considero que o imóvel apresentou diversas inadequações que comprometeram significativamente a qualidade e a segurança da minha estadia, especialmente a ausência de internet durante os três dias, os problemas com a fechadura e a consequente necessidade de deixar a porta destrancada, as condições de mofo, a deficiência do ar-condicionado e o vazamento ocorrido após a chuva.
