The Space:

The well-equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine, gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender and cooking essentials.



Families will love the second living area, a snug retreat stocked with board games to keep kids entertained. Outside, the private backyard invites friendly games of bocce or ring toss across the manicured lawn, while the covered patio brings everyone together around the gas BBQ and alfresco dining table. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit to toast marshmallows and share stories beneath the stars.



The primary bedroom features a king bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite, creating a peaceful space to recharge. Two beautifully appointed bedrooms each feature a queen bed with warm coastal-inspired touches, while the fourth bedroom offers two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends. A main bathroom with both a bathtub and separate shower makes it easy for everyone to freshen up after a day at the beach.



A private laundry with a washing machine and dryer makes longer stays simple, while central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and driveway and garage parking add everyday convenience throughout your stay.

In less than a six-minute walk, you can explore Dunsborough Gym, Base MMA, Dunsborough Sauna & Ice Bath, Yin Pilates, Southwest Fitness, and The Movement Twenty Four, making it easy to fit a workout, recovery session, or yoga class into your stay. The famous Simmo's Ice Creamery, with its mini golf and picnic areas, is a 12-minute walk from home. The town centre is a short drive away, with boutique shops, cafés, and relaxed restaurants serving some of the region's freshest seafood.



The shoreline is just a three-minute drive away, inviting you to spend your days swimming, paddling or simply soaking up the coastal scenery.
