We first fell in love with this retreat as guests, long before we ever dreamed we'd own it. It became the place we couldn't stop thinking about, and today we're excited to share it with others looking for a peaceful escape in the North Georgia mountains.

Wake up to the sound of Tiger Creek flowing just outside your window, sip your morning coffee from the screened porch, spend the day exploring waterfalls, hiking trails, wineries, and charming mountain towns, then come home to relax around the fire pit, watch a movie in the private theater, or simply unwind while listening to the creek.

With more than 3,400 square feet, Tranquil Waters Retreat offers plenty of space to gather while still providing quiet places to recharge. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and a spacious primary king suite overlooking the creek. The private ensuite bathroom includes a jacuzzi soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and a large walk-in closet with a rowing machine and free weights for guests who want to stay active during their stay.

Downstairs is where the fun begins. The Rec Room features a pool table, ping pong table, arcade game, and board games for guests of all ages. Just around the corner, the private theater room offers six reclining theater seats for unforgettable movie nights. The Family Suite includes a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, Smart TV, children's books, toys, games, and an oversized reading chair that's perfect for winding down at the end of the day. A second queen bedroom offers a cozy retreat for additional guests.

If work calls, you'll find a dedicated office overlooking Tiger Creek with high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi and a wireless printer, making it easy to stay connected while enjoying the mountains.

One of our favorite places is the screened porch. With comfortable rocking chairs, ceiling fans, and the peaceful sound of the creek below, it's the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the moment. Wander down to the creek, relax on one of the swings overlooking the water, explore the trails throughout the property, or gather around the fire pit beneath a sky full of stars.

When you're ready to venture out, you'll be just minutes from downtown Clayton, Tallulah Gorge State Park, Black Rock Mountain State Park, local wineries, scenic waterfalls, hiking trails, unique shops, and some of North Georgia's most beautiful outdoor adventures.
