Perfect for a group. As motorcycle riders we really appreciated access to the garage. Very quite at night away from everything which was great. House had everything we needed. Thank you.

This house was perfect for our large group in town for the Sturgis Rally 2025. Big, bright, roomy. Enough space to spread out or gather all together. Tons of seating between the huge kitchen bar and enormous dining table. Everyone could gather to eat together.
Beds were very comfortable and two laundry rooms came in very handy! Great feature! House is centrally located for quick access to almost every hot spot destination in ‘the hills’. When you are done with chaos of the rally, you can retreat home to a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood full of beauty and tons of ‘wildlife’ ( of the animal kind) LOL. Very peaceful!
Garage is huge. We had room (to spare) for 8 bikes to fit safely and one of them even had a side car.
The porch was used the most for gathering and telling tales - day and night. We used that more than any other public spaces in the house.
Our very favorite feature by far was the Black Hills map on the kitchen wall. Kudos! We used that as the backdrop for our group photo. Great vacation had by all! You will love it!
